Our beloved Khalifis have posted these beutifull answers which are very enlightening.
The first post is by Hazrat Sufi Naveed Shah sb
Asalaam O’Alaiykum to all Brothers & Sisters.
My humble greetings to the mureeds of the Ashiq-e-Rasool,
Khalifah-e-Khaas, Master of Wisdom and Purity, Transformer of Hearts
Hazrat Khawaja Sufi Arshad Mahmood sahib Naqshbandi Aslami (MZ) Many years ago (10 yrs), Once the Late Great Shaykh Khawaja Sufi Muhammad Aslam sahib (ra) shared a dream with some close mureeds who were present at the Naqshbandia Aslamiyya Spiritual centre in Blackburn. I was fortunate enough to be one of those humble students present at that time.

The Great Shaykh related that, He saw thousands and thousands of people gathered in a huge mehfil awaiting the arrival of a very esteemed and highly educated scholar of Quran & Fiqh.
The popularity of this particular personality was so outstanding that all the people were chanting praises and respect upon this scholar until finally the crowd became silent and suddenly became in awe when the scholar who arrived on stage to deliver this magnificent speech was no other than Hazrat Khawaja Sufi Arshad Mahmood sahib.
The Great Shaykh continued and said: A great scholar is not particularly a person who delivers a good speech BUT a great scholar is he who delivers a speech by his actions.
Whoever lives his life according to the Holy Prophet in accordance with His Sunnah & Shariah, all day, every day, all his life and benefits the Ummah thru his Life – He is a great scholar.
Hazrat Khawaja Sufi Arshad Mahmood sahib Naqshbandi is a great Scholar and a great Sufi.
Speeches are not a qualification for an accomplished Sufi Shaykh.
He can work His wonders through His silence.

The sheikh replied Pir sahib we don’t do anything but my sheikh Khwaja Nawabudin (ra) told me son you are to do the zikr of Allah and make others do the same.
After hearing this Pir Alauddin Sidiqee sb said Pir sb this is the hardest thing to do, to actually do the zikr of Allah and turn others hearts towards it too, we stand on the stage for hours and gave an example that out of the 100 words we speak we act upon 10 and not the other 90 but the final conclusion of the speech is to turn people’s hearts towards Allah and that is what you are doing bringing the people towards Allah.
we have seen our Sheikh Hazrat Khwaja Pir Sufi Arshad Mahmood sahib (MZ) live their daily life and later we read in books and heard from aulama that this action is he sunnah of the Messenger
. Therefore dont be fooled by the silence of a man of Allah, for the ocean is silent but as you know when the storm comes it will rock your boat

Keighley Urs Mubarak 2006
Marchers mark birth of Prophet
Celebrations have been held in Highfield to mark the birth and life of the Islamic prophet Mohammed.
The events were organised by the Keighley branch of the Naqshbandi Aslami Association a Sufi Muslim order.
The occasion was also designed to celebrate the life of the order’s Sheikh, Khwaja Sufi Mohammed Aslam.
The event began with a street procession which started in Cartmel Road, travelled through Highfield, and ended at the community centre in Drewry Road.
Organiser Shaminur Rahman said about 350-400 people took part and he was delighted with the high turnout.
At the Highfield Community Centre, the gathering was served food and listened to recitations from the Qur’an, Naat poetry, which praised the prophet Mohammed, and talks by religious scholars.
The main speaker was Maulana Irfan Shah, of the Westgate mosque, in Bradford.
The Naqshbandi order was first founded in 1380. It has thousands of followers all over the UK but its main centre in England is in Blackburn, Lancashire.

The value of repentance
The value of
repentance
repentance
Mullah Ali Qari (ra) in his
Arabic commentary of Mishkaat wrote an incident about Ibrahim bin Adham (ra),
who was an eminent spiritual leader of his time. He writes that Ibrahim bin
Adham (ra) said “While walking one day I came across a wealthy young man who was
spewing due to having drank liquor. He vomited so much that flies started
buzzing around him. This excessive spewing caused him to lose consciousness.”
Upon initially seeing him Ibrahim bin Adham was very upset. The thought occurred
to him that the very tongue that pronounces the name of Allah has been spoiled
by the impurity of liquor. He fetched a pail of water and washed the vomit
around his mouth. He prayed to Allah with the following words: “Oh Allah, though
he is unworthy and disobediently involved in sin, You are my Friend and he is a
servant of my Friend. In view of the fact that I consider him to be Your servant
even though he is a sinner I will cast my attention on him, for he is
nonetheless connected to You.”
The splash of cold water on his face
immediately woke him up. He came to his senses and sat up. He said: “Ibrahim you
are such a prominent Wali Allah (friend of Allah), he who has given up the
Kingdom of Balkh, yet you are tending to a miserable drunkard like myself?”
Ibrahim replied, “Seeing you in this disabled state aroused compassion in me. I
saw you in a state where flies are buzzing around you, but because you are a
servant of my Allah, I deemed it correct to serve you….” The young man was very
surprised saying, “I was always under the impression that men of Allah look down
upon sinners. Today have I come to realize that none are as compassionate upon
sinners as the friends of Allah. Please give me your hands, so that I can make
Taubah, I can repent for my sins and become Bayat to you.”
Sultan
Ibrahim (ra) accepted his request for Bayat and made him repent from his sins.
At that moment he received kashf (ability to see some hidden things) that this
young man who had just repented had surpassed many pious individuals of that
period.
Indeed, at the very moment a person repents from his sins, he
becomes the most beloved to Allah. Even the angels celebrate in the heavens
saying that so and so has asked forgiveness from Allah and has come close to
Allah.

Al-Ghazali
The Three Functions of the Perfected Man
The Perfected Man of the Sufis has three forms of relationship
with people. These vary with the condition of the people.
The three manners are exercised in accordance with
(1) The
form of belief which surrounds the Sufi;
(2) The capacity of students, who
are taught in accordance with their ability to understand;
(3) A special
circle of people who will share an understanding of the knowledge which is
derived from direct inner experience.
The Nature of Divine Knowledge
The question of divine knowledge is so deep that it is really
known only to those who have it.
A child has no real knowledge of the attainments of an adult. An
ordinary adult cannot understand the attainments of a learned man.
In the same way, an educated man cannot yet understand the
experiences of enlightened saints or Sufis
Ignorance
People oppose things because they are ignorant of
them.
The Idiot Self
If you cannot find in a man an appropriate example of
dedication, study the lives of the Sufis. Man should also say to himself: ‘O my
soul! You think yourself clever and are upset at being called idiotic. But what
else are you in reality? You make clothes for winter, but no provision for
another life. You are like a man in winter who says: " I shall not wear warm
clothes, but place trust in God’s kindness to protect me form the cold." He does
not realize that, in addition to creating cold, God placed before man the means
to protect himself from it.’
